I’m Michelle, the founder, heart, and driving force behind Higher Selves.

A coach with credentials in strength training, barbell technique, nutrition, mind-body optimization, and cannabis education, I bring 13 years of experience specializing in helping women train smarter, recover deeper, and expand their potential.

I have traveled the world learning different somatic and plant medicine practices. I am a record-holding powerlifter and competitive martial artist, knowing the best coaches are forever students. I discovered transformation through movement and plant medicine, inspiring my belief that all women deserve to know how to protect themselves, truly strengthen and nourish their bodies, and heal. My approach blends physical training, metabolic optimization, and somatic practices that help release stored tension and support nervous system regulation.

My clients range from elite female athletes competing on world stages to women first building their relationship with food, strength, and their bodies. But the goal is always the same: help women become stronger, more nourished, and more sovereign in their own lives.
