Power Church centers on the three fundamental barbell lifts: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. These compound movements are the backbone of strength development and essential for building a resilient, capable body because they:

After over a decade of coaching women, one thing has become clear: most training systems were not built considering female physiology. While women and men both benefit tremendously from lifting heavy, a one-size-fits-all approach is a disservice to female athletes. Differences in biological profiles—specifically a higher proportion of Type I (slow-twitch) muscle fibers, lower testosterone, and higher estrogen levels—mean that programming variables like volume, frequency, and recovery must be structured differently to maximize results. Power Church programming accounts for this, ensuring every session challenges your capacity while prioritizing form, recovery, and sustainable growth.
